Golfclub Vechta-Welpe e.V. is located in Vechta in the Weser-Ems & Bremen region (Lower Saxony). The facility has 18 holes.
Location and surroundings
The golf course has been located on the edge of the district town of Vechta for over 30 years, at the address Welpe 2, 49377 Vechta. The consecutively laid out holes lead through the Welper forest; woodland and meadows stretch to the left and right of the fairways, into which the roughly 110-hectare course was built. More than 10 km of new forest edges and several ponds were created during construction. Gentle undulations are typical of this landscape, and play takes place on soft grass, heath or forest soils.
Facilities and dining
Practice facilities include a driving range and a pro shop. The clubhouse offers dining with a restaurant, where lunch packages and on-course refreshments can also be ordered.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is €60 on weekdays and €70 on weekends.
