About the Golf Club
Düsseldorfer Golfclub is located in Ratingen in the Rhineland region (North Rhine-Westphalia). The facility comprises 18 holes in parkland style. Golf has been played here since 1961.
Location and surroundings
Founded in 1961, Düsseldorfer Golf Club lies on the grounds of the former Rommeljans manor estate in Ratingen (Rommeljansweg 12), only 12 kilometres from the Düsseldorfer Kö. You reach the club via the Ratingen Ost interchange (Ratingen, Wülfrath, Velbert exit): heading towards Ratingen, turn left after 200 m, signposted with a “Golf” sign. The demanding parkland course blends into the existing woodland landscape, and the partly hilly holes offer spectacular views at some points. 65 hectares of land were leased and 14,000 new trees were planted on the site, from which a park with conifers, birches, cherry trees and rowans developed.
The course
The course was designed by F.W. Hawtree & Son.
The course designed in 1961 by F.W. Hawtree & Son presents itself as a parkland course; the partly hilly fairways are technically demanding due to slopes and inclines, and the greens are moderately undulating. Stately bordering woods and the absence of deep rough allow golf without constantly searching for balls, right in the middle of nature.
Facilities and dining
Training facilities include a driving range, putting green, practice bunker and pro shop. The restaurant and kitchen are in the hands of Camille Cheze and Daniel Müller; the newly designed, spacious sun terrace offers a fantastic view of the 18th green, and the stylish rooms can accommodate up to 120 people.

The green fee is 100 € on weekdays and 120 € at weekends.
