Location and surroundings
Founded in 1974, Golf- und Landclub Nordkirchen lies in the heart of the Münsterland between Dortmund and Münster, on a small rise not far from the municipality of Nordkirchen, on the “Piekenbrok” grounds. Nearby stands the famous moated castle of Nordkirchen, also known as the “Westphalian Versailles”, only a stone’s throw from the club. The facility is surrounded by Münsterland parkland, and the historic city of Münster is quickly reachable. Coming from the A1, take the Ascheberg exit, drive towards Lüdinghausen and continue via the Münsterstraße towards Nordkirchen.
Facilities and dining
For practice there is a pro shop. The “Grüne Aussicht” restaurant includes the sunny club terrace with views across the Münsterland parkland towards the 1st tee and the 18th hole; the farm’s former Backhus (bakehouse) is now an additional dining room as well as a halfway and starter house.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is €70 on weekdays and €90 on weekends. Guests are subject to a handicap limit of 36.
