Golfclub Bad Rappenau e.V.

Golfclub Bad Rappenau e.V. is located in Bad Rappenau in the Stuttgart & Baden-Württemberg region (Baden-Württemberg). The facility has 18 holes. Golf has been played here since 1989.

Location and Surroundings

The 18-hole championship course of the club founded in 1989 went into operation in 1992 in the Fünf-Mühlental; the address is Ehrenbergstraße 25a in Bad Rappenau-Zimmerhof. About half of the 72-hectare facility is laid out as an ecological quiet zone with orchard meadows, groves and wetland biotopes. From many tees, the panoramic view ranges from the Neckar valley to the Löwensteiner Berge hills, and from the second hole it extends far out to the Odenwald. On hole 7 lies the Römersee with the Roman ruins of the Villa Rustica; hole 9 leads across the picturesque pond right in front of the half-timbered clubhouse building.

The Course

The 18-hole course is rated at par 72.

The 18 holes are generously laid out across 72 hectares; the course (standard 72 / par 72, men 5 968 m) is demanding but fair and suits players with a low handicap just as well as beginners. The facility blends harmoniously into the rolling hills of the Kraichgau, with views again and again opening up far across the region.

Facilities and Dining

Practice facilities include a driving range and a practice bunker. The club's own restaurant NEUNZEHN "19" is a cosy restaurant with a wonderful view of the golf course and a clubhouse terrace.

Guests and Green Fees

The green fee is €70 on weekdays and €85 on weekends.
