The golf course lies at the foot of the Leitha Mountains, in an open position between their foothills and the reed belt of Lake Neusiedl in Burgenland. Thanks to the mild Pannonian climate, there is often summer green here when winter already prevails elsewhere. Donnerskirchen is connected to the public transport network; for the last stretch from the station or bus stop to the golf facility a taxi may be required.

The 18-hole course is a par 72 and measures 5,285 to 6,163 metres.

The flat 18-hole PAR 72 championship course is reminiscent of Scottish links courses and offers some holes that are very interesting to the eye as well. Constant wind, plenty of water and dense rough make it a sporting, technically demanding challenge.

Facilities and dining

For practice there is a driving range, putting green and pro shop. Right at the golf club is the club's own restaurant, the Jäger's Gastwirtschaft, with seasonal and regional dishes as well as classic home-style cooking; it also welcomes guests who are not playing golf.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is 40 € on weekdays and 45 € at the weekend. Guests are subject to a handicap limit of 54.
