Öko Golf Neusiedler Csarda is located in Neusiedl am See. The facility has 9 holes. Golf has been played here since 2004.
Location and surroundings
The course lies in Neusiedl am See, not far from Lake Neusiedl and partly within the nature reserve. Because of this location, in the middle of the Lake Neusiedl nature reserve, Austria's "first" genuine eco golf course was created here. The Parndorfer Bach stream flows 200 metres from the course. No fertilisers, pesticides or weedkillers are used for maintenance, and artificial irrigation is heavily restricted.
Facilities and dining
For practice there is a driving range. The Neusiedler Csarda serves the golf club as its clubhouse and offers hearty cuisine with Pannonian goulash, a romantic beer garden in front of the dining room with 80 seats and 8 freshly renovated rooms.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is 15 € on weekdays and 15 € at the weekend.
