Location and surroundings
The 45-hole facility lies in the Bergisches Land, in and around the Felderbach valley amid the typical Bergisch landscape surrounding the Golfhotel Das Vesper. It comprises the two 18-hole courses Felderbach and Gut Frielinghausen as well as the public 9-hole short course Mollenkotten at the address Frielinghausen 1, 45549 Sprockhövel. The Felderbach golf course lies north of the hotel, its first tee is just under 300 metres from the car park, and both courses blend picturesquely into the Bergisches Land landscape.
The course
The 9-hole course has a par of 27.
The courses in the Felderbach valley thrive on their topographical features and natural conditions — this is where the patented "Hilltrainer" was invented, a unique tilt simulator recommended by the PGA of Germany. The scenic Felderbach course was created in 1999.
Facilities and dining
For practice there is a driving range, putting green and pro shop. The Golfhotel Das Vesper includes VESPER's Restaurant & Bar with its large sunny terrace as well as a club lounge with a sunny, spacious terrace.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is €60 on weekdays and €75 at weekends. Guests can also play here without a course certificate.
