Covering around 70 ha, the facility stretches across a largely open, flat hollow in the Steigerwald, with views over the Franconian Steigerwald foreland and the Frankenhöhe. The tranquil nature of the Windsheimer Bucht shapes the course, which reads like a small-parcelled mosaic of orchard meadows, vineyards, woodland backdrops and hedgerows.
Facilities and Dining
For practice, there is a driving range, a chipping green, an indoor simulator and a pro shop. The public restaurant "Rumi's am Golfplatz" has a large terrace with panoramic views over the fairways, the vineyard hills and the idyllic Franconian landscape of the Windsheimer Bucht.
