Location and surroundings

The Lippische Golfclub lies in Blomberg-Cappel in the scenically attractive Ostwestfalen-Lippe region, between the Teutoburg Forest and the Weser Hills and in the immediate vicinity of the Hermannsdenkmal and the Externsteine. The course fits skilfully into the typically Lippe hill landscape and stretches across a high valley with old trees, natural biotopes and the banks of a lively stream. Your gaze wanders across the valley to farmsteads, upland forest and a mighty 1000-year-old oak.

The course

The 18-hole course is rated at par 72 and measures 5.224 to 5.989 metres.

The parkland-style 18-hole golf course, opened in 1980 by Bernhard Langer, is set into the Lippe landscape with demanding slopes, water hazards and plenty of nature, and impresses with its excellent condition.

Facilities and dining

For practice there is a driving range, a putting green, a chipping green, a practice bunker and a pro shop. The clubhouse is home to the Ziegler's restaurant, the pro shop and a lovely terrace.

The green fee is €60 on weekdays and €40 on weekends.
