Golfde
Golf.de is the official website of the German Golf Association and thus the central online point of contact for golfers in Germany.
Behind the address is the umbrella association of German golf. This is where the threads come together that affect almost every golfer: handicap management, the tournament calendar, the club search and information on rules and association work. For most players the handicap service is the most important area. This is where your Handicap (Handicap-Index) is managed and updated after every round that counts for handicap purposes. If you are a member of a club, you get access through the club.
In practice it looks like this: at the weekend you played a round on an unfamiliar course and want to know whether the result has arrived. You log into the handicap service and see your playing history with all submitted scores. At the same time you find there the current status of your handicap before you play your next competition The club search is also practical: enter a region, have facilities with contact details displayed, ask the club directly about a tee time.
A common misconception: Golf.de is neither a shop nor a booking platform. You still book your tee time with the respective club, and you buy equipment from the retailer of your choice. The site is an association and service platform, not a marketplace. If you are specifically looking for a course that suits your game, our golf course directory is the right place.
