We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 (1) no. 2 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act).

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity. Information that golf facilities enter into their own profile constitutes third-party content in this sense. As soon as we become aware of a specific legal violation, we remove the content in question without delay.

Liability for links

Our service contains links to the websites and booking systems of golf facilities. The respective provider is responsible for the content of these external sites. No illegal content was apparent at the time of linking. Permanent content monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete indications.

The content created by us, the layout and the compilation of the directory are protected by copyright and database law (§§ 87a et seq. UrhG). Reproduction, distribution and systematic extraction, including of parts of the database, are not permitted without our consent. Logos, images and texts of the golf facilities remain the property of the respective rights holders.

Photos of the golf facilities are provided by the respective facility, which remains the rights holder. Our own photographs and map graphics are produced by us. Symbolic images created with AI assistance carry a note on the image.
