The resort lies in Lüneburg-Adendorf, between the Lüneburg Heath and Hamburg. The salt and Hanseatic town of Lüneburg is 5 km away, and the nearest railway station is Lüneburg. The surroundings combine the region's unique heathland landscape with the lovingly restored architecture of the patrician houses on the Ilmenau, and destinations such as the Kletterwald Scharnebeck (2.5 km) and the Salzmuseum Lüneburg (6 km) are close by.

The course

The 18-hole course is rated Par 72 and measures 1,390 to 6,175 metres.

The 6,175-metre master course (Par 72) was designed by the German golf course architect Kurt Rossknecht and, with its striking stone walls and numerous lakes, is reminiscent of Spanish golf facilities; the dominant course features are expanses of water, variedly shaped bunker landscapes and an exciting island green. In addition, there is a 9-hole course (Par 28) with course rating, where various bunkers and streams also challenge experienced players – the facility, situated between lakes, orchard meadows and biotopes, has been awarded the DGV (German Golf Association) gold medal "Golf & Nature".

Facilities and dining

Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green, chipping green, practice bunker and indoor simulator. In the resort's Gastronomie Boulevard you will find a café, a cocktail bar, a garden lounge, a sunny terrace and various restaurants, including the Castanea Restaurant and the Fairway Bar.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is 65 € on weekdays and 75 € on weekends. Guests can also play here without a course certificate.
