About the Golf Club
Bielefelder Golf Club e.V. is located in Bielefeld in the Ruhr Area & Westphalia region (North Rhine-Westphalia). The facility has 18 holes.
Location and surroundings
Bielefelder Golf Club lies idyllically on and in the Teutoburg Forest and is still extremely close to the city. The 75 ha facility with its mature trees offers views over the Bielefeld countryside; only 60% of the land is used for golf, while gentle, nature-friendly measures are underway on the remaining areas. In the DGV (German Golf Association) programme Golf&Natur, the club was awarded gold certification in November 2023.
Facilities and dining
For practice there is a driving range, putting green, chipping green and pro shop. The Kotten of the clubhouse, built in 1839, houses a restaurant and common rooms, and in front of it there is a large terrace; the restaurant is run by the Serra family, who come from Sardinia, with Italian cuisine.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is €75 on weekdays and €95 on weekends. Guests are subject to a handicap limit of 54.
