Erster Golfclub Westpfalz Schwarzbachtal e.V. is located in Maßweiler in the Rhineland region (Rhineland-Palatinate). The facility comprises 18 holes in parkland style. Golf has been played here since 1990.
Location and surroundings
The golf facility is located at the Hitscherhof in Maßweiler; the course was created on around 70 hectares of land around the farm. The varied course offers wonderful views of the Palatinate Forest and the West Palatinate hill country. The facility is reachable via the A8 motorway, Dellfeld/Walshausen exit coming from Zweibrücken; the access road leads via Dellfeld towards Thaleischweiler-Fröschen.
Facilities and dining
Training facilities include a driving range, putting green, chipping green, practice bunkers, an indoor simulator and a pro shop. The restaurant at the golf club offers a wonderful view of the course from its terrace and is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 11 am to 10 pm; it is closed on Mondays.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is 90 € on weekdays and 100 € at weekends. Guests can also play here without a course certificate.
