Golfclub Barbarossa is located in Mackenbach in the Rheinland region (Rhineland-Palatinate). The facility has 18 holes.
Location and Surroundings
The golf course lies in Mackenbach, around 20 kilometres north-west of the town centre of Kaiserslautern and about 300 metres above sea level. The spacious golf facility spreads out over around 85 hectares. In gently hilly terrain, the view leads southwards to the foothills of the Palatinate Forest and the Sickinger Höhe.
Facilities and Dining
Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green, practice bunker and pro shop. In the clubhouse, the restaurant and terrace look after the wellbeing of guests, run by restaurateur Giuseppe Vicino; his focus is on Italian-French cuisine.
Guests and Green Fees
The green fee is 60 € on weekdays and 75 € on weekends.
