Location and Surroundings
The 18-hole facility lies in the Limpachtal near Aetingen, between Bern and Solothurn, in idyllic surroundings with a panorama of the Bernese Alps. The valley is farmed intensively; the course's extensive green areas with ponds, lakes and watercourses provide a habitat for plants and animals. Idyllic here does not mean remote: from Solothurn, Bern or Biel it is less than half an hour, from Basel or Luzern one hour and from Zurich or Lausanne just under 1.5 hours.
Facilities and Dining
A driving range, putting green, chipping green, practice bunker, indoor simulator and pro shop are available for practice. Restaurant Limpach's, with its Burestube, an event hall for banquets of up to 140 people and a terrace overlooking the picturesque Limpachtal, is the meeting point before and after your round.
