Location and Surroundings

Golf & Country Club Elfrather Mühle lies on the picturesque Lower Rhine in Krefeld/Elfrath, An der Elfrather Mühle 145, 47802 Krefeld. The area of around 96 hectares was converted from arable land into a golf course; the typical Lower Rhine landscape shapes its character, with a variety of tree species, wildflower and orchard meadows and generous water features. The clubhouse, a historic mill, forms the heart of the facility. At the edge of the woods, encounters with deer, foxes, wild animals and water birds are not uncommon.

The Course

The 18-hole course has a par of 72. Ron Kirby is responsible for the design.

Founded in 1992, the course bears the signature of golf course designer Ron Kirby; across a total of 96 hectares, a generously laid-out international championship course awaits. The front nine are demanding with pronounced elevation changes, while the back nine are characterised by generous fairways flanked by picturesque stretches of water, and 30-year-old trees give the holes a natural contour.

For practice, a driving range, putting green, chipping green, indoor simulator and pro shop are available.
