Location and surroundings

The Alpenseehof golf facility is located near Nesselwang in the Allgäu, set in the Allgäu pre-Alpine landscape right next to the Attlesee landscape and nature conservation area. The course has been gently integrated into the landscape; the slightly hilly 9-hole facility is easy to walk and repeatedly opens up views of an Alpine panorama. On just under 19 hectares, extensively farmed biotope areas, more than 350 planted deciduous trees and shrubs and a flowering bee and butterfly meadow shape the close-to-nature character.

The course

The 9-hole course is rated at par 30.

The holes were laid out around the driving range; particular care was taken not to alter the existing terrain. The facility, planned and built by the Martin family with their own labour, demands precise shots; the challenging par 3 of hole 4 is considered the “signature hole”, complemented by generous practice areas with a tiered putting green and a pitch and chip area with a sand bunker.

Facilities and dining

Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green, practice bunker and pro shop. The course is home to the “GreenVieh-Alp” tavern, which offers sunny hours in a rustic setting until sunset.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is 50 € on weekdays and 50 € on weekends.
