Golfanlage Berchtesgadener Land Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG

Golfanlage Berchtesgadener Land Betriebs GmbH & Co. KG is located in Ainring in the Munich & Upper Bavaria region (Bavaria). The facility has 18 holes.

Location and surroundings

The 18-hole facility is located in the Berchtesgadener Land in Ainring-Weng, conveniently situated between Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall — only approx. 10 minutes from central Salzburg, near the Freilassing border crossing. On slightly hilly terrain with an Alpine panorama, the 100-hectare nature park course stretches out with abundant trees, woodland and many fairways with streams and ponds. From the 17th green, the view extends as far as the Hochstaufen mountain backdrop.

The course

The 18-hole course is rated at par 72.

The sportingly demanding, varied 18-hole championship course (par 72) is alternately flat and slightly hilly, measures 6,408 metres from the championship tees and is characterised by tricky greens, an island green and just under 40 bunkers. The 2 × 9 holes each finish at the clubhouse — also ideal for shorter rounds.

Facilities and dining

Practice facilities include a driving range, practice bunker and pro shop. In the clubhouse, the sun terrace and the Golfrestaurant Wengerhof invite you to linger; it is open daily and serves warm meals from 12:00 to 21:00.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is 70 € on weekdays and 80 € on weekends.
