The resort is located in Fuschl am See in the Salzburg region, directly on the turquoise-blue Fuschlsee and just outside the gates of Salzburg and the Salzkammergut. It is embedded in the panorama of the Salzkammergut; directly behind the hotel rises the local Schober mountain with a panorama over the lake landscape of the Salzkammergut. The Fuschlsee circular trail starts and ends at the hotel and covers 11 kilometers, leading to the most beautiful spots and to Schloss Fuschl.

A driving range is available for practice. Restaurant Gütl Stub'n has a romantic terrace with views of the Fuschlsee, complemented by the SeeBar and the Waldhof Alm.
