About the Golf Club
Golfanlage Jakobsberg is located in Boppard in the Rhineland region (Rhineland-Palatinate). The facility has 18 holes. Golf has been played here since 1994.
Location and Surroundings
The golf facility is located on the Jakobsberg near Boppard, on a spacious plateau high above the Rhine in the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley, not far from the Lorelei. Nestled between woods and vineyards, it offers views across the Rhine valley to the ridges of the Westerwald, Taunus and Hunsrück as well as to Marksburg Castle. You arrive via the A61 motorway, taking the Koblenz Waldesch exit and continuing towards Rhens.
The Course
Robert Trent Jones jr. is responsible for the design.
The 18-hole championship course was designed according to the design principles of Robert Trent Jones jr. and realised by Wolfgang Jarsombek; it opened in 1994. Strategically placed fairway bunkers, numerous water hazards and fast, undulating greens give the course a sporting yet fair character.

Practice facilities include a driving range, putting green and chipping green. The offering also includes the Kräutergarten restaurant with fine dining, regional cuisine with a farm-to-table character and several bars.
Guests and Green Fees
The green fee is 99 € on weekdays and 99 € at the weekend.
