Golfclub Der Öschberghof is located in Donaueschingen in the Stuttgart & Baden-Württemberg region (Baden-Württemberg). The facility features 45 holes in parkland style. Golf has been played here since 1976.

Location and Surroundings

Golfclub Der Öschberghof lies on the edge of the Black Forest in Donaueschingen, between the Black Forest, Switzerland and Lake Constance, nestled in the gentle hills of the Baar. Zurich and Stuttgart are only an hour's drive away. The landscape of the Black Forest stretches all around the facility and invites you to go hiking or cycling.

The Course

Christoph Städler is responsible for the design.

The 45-hole facility on three courses stretches across 200 hectares with terraced tees and two ponds; in 2017, golf course architect Christoph Städler redesigned the 18-hole Old Course, which is modelled on a parkland landscape with a diverse range of trees, is largely flat and is shaped by four ponds on six holes as well as the Pfohrbach stream. The East Course lies in open terrain with richly structured hedges and solitary trees, and its key-shaped topography is similar in character to a links course.

Facilities and Dining

Practice facilities include a driving range, practice bunker, indoor simulator and pro shop. Five restaurants provide culinary variety, from ÖSCH NOIR, awarded two MICHELIN stars and four Gault Millau toques, to the Ristorante & Pizzeria Hexenweiher located right on the golf course, plus the BAR with TAGESBAR and SMOKERSLOUNGE.

The green fee is 110 € on weekdays and 120 € on weekends.
