Location and surroundings

The facility is located at the foot of the Harmersbach valley in the hilly landscape of the foothills of the Black Forest near Zell am Harmersbach. From the holes, there are panoramic views of the mountains and valleys of the Black Forest as far as Hohengeroldseck Castle. The course is easy to reach by car: coming from the direction of Offenburg via the federal road B33 as far as the “Biberach Süd/Zell am Harmersbach” exit, and coming from Lahr via the B415 towards Biberach/Kinzigtal; free parking is available at the clubhouse.

Brian Pierson is responsible for the design.

Golf course architect Brian Pierson shaped the holes into the hilly landscape of the foothills of the Black Forest; founded in 1999 with 9 holes, the facility has been playable as an 18-hole course since 2005. The result is a demanding, varied course with gently rising, well-maintained fairways as well as biotopes and exposed watercourses.

Facilities and dining

For practice, a driving range, a putting green, a chipping green, practice bunkers and an indoor simulator are available. In the former barn of the clubhouse, the restaurant “Il Borgo” serves Italian cuisine, and the viewing terrace, with views of 9 of the 18 holes, invites you to linger.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is €75 on weekdays and €85 at weekends.
