Location and surroundings
The golf club lies somewhat hidden right next to the small village of Hennstedt, in the middle of the attractive Dithmarschen region and far from the hustle of everyday life. The 27 lovingly maintained golf holes are perfectly integrated into the typical local geest and hedgerow landscape; the 112-hectare grounds are a small biotope of their own with hundreds of herbs, plants and animals. Since 2021, the facility has been a national park partner, and in the surrounding area the North Sea and the Wadden Sea invite excursions, for example to the dyke at Büsum or St. Peter Ording.
Facilities and dining
For practice, a driving range is available. In the estate restaurant, the kitchen relies on fresh and regional ingredients; food is also served on the estate terrace — with cakes freshly made every day by Heidi.
