About the Golf Club
Golfclub Neckartal e.V. is located in Kornwestheim in the Stuttgart & Baden-Württemberg region (Baden-Württemberg). The facility has 18 holes in parkland style. Golf has been played here since 1956.
Location and Surroundings
Golfclub Neckartal lies in Kornwestheim, on the doorstep of Stuttgart. The generous 18-hole parkland facility covers around 130 hectares on the site near Pattonville, where the US military opened the course in 1956. Old trees, orchard meadows and numerous habitats for animals and plants make every round a special nature experience.
The Course
The design is by David Krause.
In 2012/2013 the facility was extensively rebuilt and redesigned by golf course architect David Krause: generous, mostly straight fairways, large greens and skilfully placed bunkers and ditches have shaped its appearance ever since. The largely level terrain and the tree stock that has grown over more than half a century create a classic parkland atmosphere.
Facilities and Dining
For practice, there is a driving range, a practice bunker and a pro shop. With the Bella Swing The Golf Restaurant, the course has a restaurant open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00; the facility also includes a terrace.
Guests and Green Fees
The green fee is €85 on weekdays and €95 on weekends. Guests are subject to a handicap limit of up to 36.0 for men and up to 45.0 for ladies.
