Golfclub Wasserburg Anholt e.V.

Golfclub Wasserburg Anholt e.V. is located in Isselburg in the Ruhr area & Westphalia region (North Rhine-Westphalia). The facility has 18 holes.

Location and surroundings

The course lies on the border between Westphalia, the Lower Rhine and the Netherlands. It is surrounded by the beautifully preserved moated castle from the 14th century and the protected landscape of the Anholter Schweiz with a game enclosure. Wild herb meadows, pond landscapes, the two rivers and trees that are in part many centuries old shape the grounds, and the short course runs along the Issel. The 35 ha of historic parkland of the moated castle with its extensive English-style landscape park continue into the grounds of the golf club.

For practice, a driving range and a pro shop are available. At Didi's Restaurant & Bistro, restaurateur Jedidi "Didi" Boubaker and his team treat you to seasonal and regional food and drinks.
