Blauer Fasan Golf is located in Wiesmoor in the Weser-Ems & Bremen region (Lower Saxony). The facility comprises 27 holes in parkland style. Golf has been played here since 1983.
Location and surroundings
Blauer Fasan Golf (formerly Golfclub Ostfriesland) is located in Wiesmoor, nestled in the East Frisian natural landscape and surrounded by fields, forests and meadows. The course is built into a moorland landscape typical of the region: flat land, magnificent trees, ditches and lakes as well as springy peat soil characterise the terrain. Wetland biotopes, numerous ditches and ponds run through the holes, and the constant wind from the coast is a constant companion on the round. The Restaurant and Hotel Blauer Fasan is only 500 metres from the course.
Facilities and dining
Training facilities include a driving range, putting green and pro shop. The Restaurant and Hotel Blauer Fasan at Fliederstraße 1, only 500 metres from the course, serves nouvelle cuisine and a daily golfer’s special, and the sunshine can be enjoyed on the terrace.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is 80 € on weekdays and 100 € at weekends.
