Golf Club Seaside e.V. is located in Bad Zwischenahn in the Weser-Ems & Bremen region (Lower Saxony). The facility has 18 holes in parkland style. Golf has been played here since 1988.

Location and surroundings

The 18-hole facility lies in the Ammerland parkland landscape in Bad Zwischenahn, only a few hundred metres from the Zwischenahner Meer. It is set in the idyllic countryside around the Zwischenahner Meer, in the immediate vicinity of Lower Saxony's third-largest inland body of water. The grounds are framed by nature conservation zones.

The course

The course was designed by Karl Ferdinand Grohs.

The 18-hole championship course, 6,041 m in length, is characterised by attractively designed biotopes and many light-coloured bunkers in varied, undulating terrain. Water hazards make the holes strategically demanding; precise play is required.

Facilities and dining

Practice facilities include a driving range, practice bunker, indoor simulator and pro shop. The club is also home to the Café am Meer, and a halfway house near the tee of hole 12 offers a drinks break with views across the wide-open facility.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is 75 € on weekdays and 85 € on weekends. Guests can also play here without a course certificate.
