Location and Surroundings

The Römerhof golf oasis lies in open countryside and fresh country air, high up on the Vorgebirge ridge above the Cologne-Bonn Bay, in Bornheim-Brenig in the Rhein-Sieg district. From Cologne you reach the facility via the A555 at the Wesseling Süd exit, from Bonn via the A555 at the Bornheim exit, and coming from the A61 via the Swisttal exit after 5.2 kilometres. In the middle of the facility stands the historic Römerhof, built on the walls of the Roman aqueduct that ran from the Eifel to Cologne.

The Course

The 18-hole course has a par of 72.

The facility combines a 9-hole course for a quick round with an 18-hole championship course for long drives and offers space for golf school and training on its extensive practice grounds. Around 45 percent of the course consists of rough and wildflower meadows, which serve as stepping-stone biotopes and provide habitat for the local variety of species.

Facilities and Dining

For practice, a driving range is available. In the middle of the facility, guests are welcomed by the historic Römerhof with its conservatory and terrace as well as the Restaurant Römerhof, which is open Tuesday to Sunday from 12 noon, while around three metres below, a preserved section of the Römerkanal still runs.

Guests and Green Fees

The green fee is 65 € on weekdays and 60 € on weekends. Guests can also play here without a course certificate.
