Golfclub an der Göhrde e.V. is located in Zernien in the Hamburg & North Sea region (Lower Saxony). The facility has 18 holes. Golf has been played here since 1968.
Location and Surroundings
The golf club an der Göhrde is located near Zernien in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district, in the Wendland, and was founded in 1968 as the first facility between Hamburg-Bremen-Hanover and Braunschweig. The grounds emerged from the sequence of forest – farmland – golf course and lie in the middle of beautiful nature, where healthy biotopes, rare butterflies, roaming red deer and squirrels live. The near-natural overall facility covers 60 ha.
Facilities and Dining
Practice facilities include a driving range and a practice bunker. In the club restaurant, Krzysztof Bartoszynski and his team have been treating guests since 2010 with, depending on the season, game, asparagus and mushrooms, among other things, and the terrace with views of the 18th green invites you to linger.
Guests and Green Fees
The green fee is €60 on weekdays and €70 on weekends.
