Golfclub Gutshof e.V.

Golfclub Gutshof e.V. is located in Papenburg in the Weser-Ems & Bremen region (Lower Saxony). The facility has 18 holes in parkland style.

Location and surroundings

Golfclub Gutshof lies in Papenburg on the almost 80 hectare grounds of an old manor farm. The 18-hole golf facility is characterised by green parkland, and from the clubhouse the view opens up onto the green. Wild-flowering meadows stand between the holes, and roe deer and fawns roam the course.

The course

The design is by David Krause.

Roughs, bunkers and watercourses shape the holes, which are connected by short paths. A special feature is the stainless steel sculpture by the regional artist Eckhart Oesten, which adorns the 17th hole from a small island in the middle of a pond.

Facilities and dining

For practice there is an indoor simulator and pro shop. The “Gutshof” restaurant runs the club’s dining, which includes a newly designed terrace at the clubhouse.

Guests and green fees

The green fee is €60 on weekdays and €70 on weekends.
