The 9-hole golf facility lies in Wassenberg in the Heinsberg district, directly on the German-Dutch border between Heinsberg and Roermond. The idyllic setting in the middle of nature creates a relaxed atmosphere, with a picturesque landscape and numerous hiking trails all around. Nearby are the De Meinweg walking trail across the heath, the Birgelener Urwald primeval forest as a walking and cycling route and the Amici Beach water-skiing and swimming lake, each 2 km away, plus Wassenberg Castle with its keep 4 km away.
Facilities and dining
For practice, there is a driving range and practice bunker. The golf facility includes the attached Haus Rothenbach restaurant.
