Golfclub Worpswede e.V. is located in Vollersode in the Weser-Ems & Bremen region (Lower Saxony). The facility has 18 holes. Golf has been played here since 1974.
Location and surroundings
The golf course lies on the edge of the Teufelsmoor near the artists' village of Worpswede, between the villages of Vollersode and Gnarrenburg. The district town of Osterholz-Scharmbeck and the mid-sized centre of Bremervörde are not far away. The golf holes are set in a vast natural landscape of woodland and moorland, in almost complete peace and quiet.
The course
The 18-hole course is rated Par 72 and measures 5,093 to 5,779 metres.
On an area of 85 hectares, the golf facility has an 18-hole golf course with varied holes and wonderful views of a gentle hilly landscape. The grounds also include heathland areas that count as out-of-bounds zones even without markings.
Facilities and dining
For practice, a driving range is available. The clubhouse has a restaurant with a terrace that is open all year round.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is €60 on weekdays and €70 on weekends. A handicap limit of -36 applies to guests.
