Location and surroundings

Golfpark Heidewald is located in Warendorf-Vohren in the Münsterland and is the first public golf course in the region. The facility was created in 1997, a stone’s throw from Golfclub An der Ems, on the “Vohrener Heide” plot, whose soil structure and wooded surroundings offered ideal conditions. Surrounded by tall pines, with a heathland area at its centre and the forest as a backdrop, the course bears the name Heidewald; the heath is a habitat for a wide variety of plants and animals all year round.

Facilities and dining

For practice there is a driving range, putting green, chipping green, practice bunker and pro shop. The Golfhotel “Blaue Ente” with its inviting club restaurant, bar and sun terrace is the meeting point for golfers before and after their round.
