Location and surroundings
The golf club lies at the foot of the Sieben Berge, in the middle of the gentle hilly landscape of the Leinebergland in the Hildesheim district. Its good transport links to Hanover, Hildesheim and Alfeld are a feature of the location. From holes 10 to 18, the view opens up over the charming landscape of the Leinebergland.
The course
The 18-hole course is rated at par 71.
The facility is one of the oldest golf courses in northern Germany: holes 1 to 9 lead through the former park of Schloss Rheden with its old trees. On the course grounds of around 600,000 m², the new water hazard on hole 10 has made the course more attractive and more challenging since the 2013 season.
Facilities and dining
Practice facilities include a driving range and pro shop. The historically valuable clubhouse houses the club's own restaurant with a sheltered sun terrace.
Guests and green fees
The green fee is 60 € on weekdays and 70 € on weekends.
