Location and Surroundings
Against the backdrop of the Grimming massif, the 18-hole golf course lies at an altitude of around 700 metres and blends harmoniously into the nature of the Styrian Enns Valley. Only about 30 metres separate the club from the 5-star resort IMLAUER Hotel Schloss Pichlarn, so only a few minutes pass from the breakfast table to the first tee. The facility in Aigen im Ennstal invites you to play a round in complete peace and seclusion.
The Course
The 18-hole course has a par of 72. The design is by Donald Harradine, Olazabal Design (Toni Ortner, Snorri Vilhjalmsson).
Founded in 1972, the course goes back to Donald Harradine, who wove the hills, valleys and forests of the site harmoniously into the 18-hole course; in 2024 an extensive re-design by Olazabal Design followed, with the new signature hole 5 including panoramic views of the castle and the Grimming.
Facilities and Dining
Driving range, putting green, chipping green, indoor simulator and pro shop are available for practice. Restaurant 19 is located directly at the golf course and scores with a wonderful sun terrace and many local products.
Guests and Green Fees
The green fee is 95 € on weekdays and 95 € at the weekend.
