GLC Ennstal

GLC Ennstal is located in Stainach. The facility has 18 holes.

Location and surroundings

The golf course is located in Weissenbach/Liezen, about 5 km after the Liezen roundabout on the B320 Ennstal federal road and via the Liezen motorway exit. The 18-hole facility is the only golf facility in Europe situated in a Natura 2000 area under the Fauna/Flora/Habitat and Birds Directives. Numerous protected biotopes and habitats line the holes between the fairways, including the so-called duck pond, an old arm of the Enns river that the club protects and preserves. Of the more than 60 ha of leased land in total, around 20 ha are managed extensively.

Facilities and dining

For practice there is a driving range. The Golfstüberl with its terrace invites you to stop for a bite to eat; it was renovated and extended in 2010.
