Location and Surroundings
The golf course lies in Weissenbach/Liezen on the B320 Ennstal federal road towards Schladming, about 5 km after the Liezen roundabout; you reach it via the A9 motorway, taking the Liezen exit. The 18-hole golf facility is the only golf facility in Europe located in a Natura 2000 area under the FFH (Flora-Fauna-Habitat) and bird protection directives. Numerous protected biotopes and habitats line the fairways and are home to rare animal and plant species; around 20 of the more than 60 leased hectares in total are farmed extensively. The club is one of the 4 golf clubs of the Schladming-Dachstein Golfsafari.
Amenities and Dining
Practice facilities include a driving range. The Golfstüberl offers a place to stop for food and drink with its Stüberl terrace, which was renovated and extended in 2010; Wi-Fi is available in the clubhouse area and on the Stüberl terrace.
Guests and Green Fees
The green fee is 94 € on weekdays and 94 € on weekends. Guests are subject to a handicap limit of 54.
