Golf Gut Clarenhof

Golf Gut Clarenhof is located in Frechen in the Rhineland region (North Rhine-Westphalia). The facility has 6 holes.

Location and Surroundings

The golf facility lies on the border between Frechen and Cologne, close to the city and only a four-minute walk from the Park+Ride facility in Köln-Weiden. From the Weiden West stop, it is a little more than five minutes; KVB line 1 takes a good 20 minutes from the city centre, and various regional trains of Deutsche Bahn also stop there. From Cologne Cathedral, it is no more than 15 minutes to the first tee.

The Course

The 6-hole course has a par of 3 and measures 90 to 120 metres.

The public short course has six par-3 holes between 90 and 120 metres in length, which demand very precise play and yet, thanks to their short distances, remain beginner-friendly. The facility includes a driving range with 30 partly covered tees, around 15 grass tees and three practice greens.

Facilities and Dining

For practice, a driving range, putting green, indoor simulator and pro shop are available. The clubhouse serves coffee, cake, cold drinks and snacks, and the clubhouse and beer garden offer cosy seating; the Restaurant Landbrenner and the farm shop are located right next to the golf facility.

Guests and Green Fees

The green fee is 12 € on weekdays and 22 € on weekends.
