About the Golf Club
Golfclub Herzog Tassilo is located in Bad Hall. The facility has 18 holes.
Location and Surroundings
The 18-hole golf course lies in the middle of the central region of Upper Austria in Bad Hall; from the surrounding motorway junctions (A1, A8 and A9) it is 15 to 20 minutes. The facility covers around 50 hectares, and the hilly surroundings shape above all the first 9 holes. From the fairways there are views of Bad Hall, the hills of the Alpine foothills, the Traunstein and the mountain peaks of the Kalkalpen National Park.
The Course
The 18-hole course has a par of 71.
Built in 1989 by Peter Mayrhofer, the par-71 course adapts its design to the natural surroundings, with many bunkers, doglegs and water hazards. The holes are fair but demanding and challenge players of all handicap classes.
Facilities and Dining
Driving range, practice bunker, indoor simulator and pro shop are available for practice. The club restaurant Kulinarium Aschauer treats you to traditional, seasonally tuned inn-style cuisine and homemade pastries.
