Location and Surroundings
The facility is located in St. Johann im Pongau in the Salzburg region, in the middle of the Salzburg Alps, where you play on the 18-hole facility against the backdrop of the mountains of the Salzburg region. The course sits directly on the Pinzgauer Straße B311, so getting there and away is quick. The golf course was also built along the Salzachtal cycle path.

James Coughlan is responsible for the design.
The golf facility is designed with two different courses: the 9-hole ORANGE Course is aimed at beginners and families, the BLUE Course at club and tournament golfers. The ponds of the BLUE Course are deliberately more of a visual highlight than a hazard, the holes are not too long and the bunker area is deliberately kept manageable — on an exceptionally well-maintained course.
Amenities and Dining
Practice facilities include a driving range, a putting green, a chipping green, practice bunkers and a pro shop. The OPEN GOLF BistrO is located right by the lake, quiet and idyllic, and invites you to relax and enjoy yourself after your round.
